The City Engineering Division consists of two main departments under the supervision of the City Engineer:

The capital projects division administers the design, construction and inspection of all publicly funded facilities and infrastructure projects.

The development engineering division ensures all construction in the public right-of-way complies with adopted codes and engineering standards. Development engineering is also responsible for all subdivision processing.
