The Public Hearing covered the proposed rate increases (June 2019 through January 2023) for water and wastewater/sewer services, and the proposed water rate structure change. This notice was provided to all property owners and customers who currently receive either of these services provided by the City of Pismo Beach. The adopted rate increases and the new water rate structure was effective June 5, 2019 and is reflected on the July and August 2019 bills.

The Pismo Beach May 2, 2019 rates reflect the rate structure and rates that, if approved, would be reflected on the July and August 2019 bill.
